4. Limitation of Liability

NotifyPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruption, unauthorized access, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the last 3 months.

5. Termination

NotifyPay may suspend or terminate your account in case of policy violations, security risks, or non-payment.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
