At NotifyPay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every transaction is smooth and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if:
- You have been incorrectly charged.
- The service was not delivered due to a verified technical issue from our end.
- You cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of purchase (for annual plans).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for:
- Partially used or expired subscriptions.
- Incorrect information or misuse by the user.
- Third-party service failures outside NotifyPay’s control.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact our support team with your transaction details. Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your plan anytime via your NotifyPay dashboard. Post-cancellation, no further billing occurs, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
